U15 Boys Penn Star Roster

On behalf of the Philadelphia Lacrosse Association, thank you again to all the boys who tried out for the U15 Boys Penn Star team. The selections are as set forth below, congratulations to the all members of the team.

It is exceedingly difficult to pick a team based on a 2 1/2 hour tryout, particularly on the margin, but those are the constraints as well as the rationale for asking experienced youth and high school coaches to help assess the candidates in both drills and scrimmages. The PLA would like to thank Andy Hayes (Episcopal), Dan Keating and Mike Keating (Malvern), Brian Samson (Conestoga), Travis McDonald and Mark Duncan (Shipley), Chris Fallon (Dukes), Patrick Carney (Lacrosse Fever/U15 Penn Star Coach) and Dan Altschuler (Mesa Fresh 2010) for their help with the evaluation process.

Confirmatory emails and information regarding practice sessions will be forthcoming. In the meantime, those selected for the team are asked to contact U15 Penn Star Coach, Patrick Carney, with any questions, comments or concerns and to provide each parent’s name, cell number and email address for purposes of further communications (patrick.carney@verizon.net).
